DISHNET 721 PVR receiver tsop lock and/or eeprom lock INFO ?????????

just wondering if anyone has any info on a tsop lock or just an eeprom lock on a 721 pvr, i have one with a blue card that i would like to do that with if possible, thanks for the help guys as usual.

you dont need it but it is recommended that way you dont get locked out of your card and your card wont get hit.
