atmega and programming bev help please expert

hi i am new to programming. i have a 3100 bev and using an atmega. whenever i program the card it either freezes every 15 minutes or a get a black screen with the title on top only? i tried serval programs like sexier and juggalo and beavis? can anyone tell me a program that works? and should i switch back to dishnetwork? is it worth it since i heard that dish will have the same faith as bev soon! please some expert advise. and can atmega still work when bev switches? thank you for all your help.

I am a little rusty on atmega programming, but I would say you do not have the current NEWDD flash that is being used with the flashes, there is a program called Megamakr in the download section, it will allow you to make your own jeepers programs, a little tricky at first but I use to upload my fixes after I got good at it. sounds like a parity key problem in the flash, as in you are using old fixes for atmega. I would suggest learning how to make your own, and I just read in SJ's sig that bev will be all Nag 2 in a couple of weeks, switch back to dish because they may still have six months on them.

Check you bos keys if you are geting header only but this will help you
