H.E.L.P. with programmer

I just bought a programmer / unlocker from Mili's store and just now realised i've been using a 12v power supply instead of a 9v . It worked good for about 2 weeks but now when i hook it up none of the lights come on. Is there any help ?? Can it be fixed ???

Check your power supply with a volt meter first.
See how many volts it is actually putting out.
You may have burned something out.
