The torroidial dish uses 2 reflectors so a normal lnb would not work, thus the need for a reverse lnb (the signal bounces off main dish, bounces back off sub reflector, then hits the lnb making the signal reversed)
You are not looking at anything special except its used for these dishes, and the satc lnb is for directv's high def channels and the chimmy chonga channels.

For that price or less you can get a dish 500 on Flea Bay.

DTV and Dish & BEV all use the same basic LNB.

for $5 you can buy a single DTC dish with LNB that will work fine $10 for two sats $15 for three sats (plus switch) (swap meets, yard sales etc.)

No use spending a lot of money for a thing like that that is no better than a $10 alternative.

NO problem, there is always someone trying to sell you something that you don't need or won't work, better to check first, there is a lot of equipment out there people want to get rid of, no matter what they have to say to do it.

Yes these are only For Toroidal T90's and T55's. I have them and they only work on that dish, which I also am using for all sats. Its a nice dish though, perfect signal!
