Coship CDVB 2300 receiver help

i got a Coship CDVB 2300 receiver, i am wondering if it can be program to receiver dish. i can't find anything in the menu to put the key in, but the manual says it can be program via rs232 cable. If i set up for dish, can i put autoroll 245 in? thanks.
