Acquiring satellite signal

More than 30 minutes and still acquiring for signal.
I test for switch antena, I tested for signal in sat 19 and sat 10 and are both very strong. Changed transponde for best signal and found the best strong signal, but acquiring for satellite signal continue and never stop

Getting the signal is only a part of the deal........it has to be amplified and decoded...sounds like you receiver is bad......but could possibly be a flash problem, reflash it, or erase the ECM sector and let it stream a while.......

Please, can you tell me how I reflash the receiver. I have receiver 4900 with Jtag and locks installed

Thank very much for your time. I found the problem.
The problem was that the Emulator card was partially damaged. I put a new Emulator card and acquiring satellite signal is very fast and normal.
