So I have alway keep a min. sub. with B*V. I am have limited knowledge of testing, but have enjoyed learning. Today I get an email from b*v saying I can buy an PVR for 125 after credits......So I tell them I am interest in upgrading my channels to the full package including the over priced HD channels, I would like to purchase a 6100 and a 5900 (5900 on special)...They say the 5900 is only on special for NEW customers only. Screw the people paying now...So now bev can go kiss my purple ass. I am ending my sub. and going to rogers

If you argue your point with a "Manager" at a Kiosk or over the phone (telling them that you'll cancell and switch to Rogers) I'm pretty darn sure they'll fold like a lawn chair and sell you the PVR for 125.

Be firm yet diplomatic, its always worked for me,,,,,
