I made my tiers from the minitrm25 program including my pron channels and they were working for a long time now from channels 492 to 496 it is giving a message that I need to install a new card? can some body help please all my ppv channels are working so far...

What, are you kidding right!
No one has answered your question becuase the answer is extremely simple and it is obvious that you have invested less time in seeking out the answer than I have spent writing this response.
If you are looking to beat off for free you better break out those old VHS tapes!
