Having trouble with xCel

Is there other good ways of cleaning rom 2 or ix Xcel the only way to go. I think I tried all verisons and I get Runtime error 380 . Invalid property value. Its wierd cause I used to run this app all the time antill recentlly. Formatting pc didnt help at all. Any I deas?

The following is from the Xcel3.6 Help File:

Runtime Errors
Try install the VisualBasic Runtime files get them and instructions from microsoft's website

Try install the Tahoma font (Tahoma.ttf and tahomabd.ttf)

Try install the correct version of RichEdit control used by windows riched20.dll ( this is normally installed by microsoft office or when you do a windows update)

Thats the first thing I did from the help file. But still is does not work. Any other solutions that the help file might have missed ? Thank You all once again.
