Newbie needs Help!!

Hi, newbie needs some help!! Please!!
I applied the new patch and now I lost all channels but (500) PPV guide.
So I tryed old patch still only channel (500) comeing in the PPV channels say they have been purchased but no video or sound. I had all channels but PPV before I applied the new patch now only channel (500) with new or old patch what have I done wrong? Im useing a (3900) with a ROM3 .

The PPV ranges need to be adjusted, they are to low

OK from the start I had (all) the channels 100's,200's,300's etc........ and my PPV's went out. So I reprogramed the ROM3 with a new patch & (all) 100's,200's,300's etc....... of my channels are there but No video & No sound the only channel I get is 500 nothing else.
The card will clean so I tryed reprograming it with the old patch & new patch 3 or 4 times
with the same results. I have never made a patch so your reply was confuseing to me I am
a newb and sorry to be so much trouble!!

Sounds like you do not have the current keys.

DN is changing them daily. Sometimes 2 to 3 times per day.

Sorry but I don't know were or how to change the keys I just program the card
with a patch I get it from a friend it worked for him. He is not sure what I may have
or haven't done wrong. I thought changing keys had something to do with MC cards
and Im useing a ROM3 sorry to be such a Newb. Still No TV

I'll see if I can find the current keys.

I don't test plastic, so we will need help from others to find out if there is an autoroll bin for your rom3.

I think you need to start learning in the newby section how to program your cards, find programs and patches and add things to them like public keys, and PPV / Events / channel tiers

You could subscribe to mili's plastic programs and blockers, this gives you it all in 1 easy place updated as needed. In advance.

Im sorry fellas I don't Know how to use the keys you all are talking about.
Like I said my friend e-mails me a patch when the PPVs go out and I put it
on the card. When I asked him about the keys he said they should autoroll.
He said the patch is working fine for him & doesn't know why mine is not working.

Ok after some reading I check to see if cards were marked. I have 2 ROM3's
This is what I got from the second line of the Eeprom.
Card 1: E010: 00 FF 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
............................^
Card 2: E010: 00 FF 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 FF 00 00
............................^..................... ....................................^

This means both cards are mark correct ? If so is there any thing I can do
or read to fix this ? How did I do this to these cards or did I do it ?
Can I just change the FF to 00 will that work ?

This attachment tells about marking, the FF you have should not be a concern. The keys are changing daily, sometimes more than once; you need to work out that patch with your friend or learn to change keys yourself as suggested above.
Read, download TCFD 2, learn to make your own patch etc. But Mili's is still the best as his blocker and tiers have rolled forever.

I wouldn't be concerned about the card being marked or not.

I think the problem could be that you may have the box keys and or the ird number wrong. I would double and triple check the ird number and box keys.
