Drd203rw and searching for signal

I was able to get my hands on a drd203rw with hu card and successfully programmed the hu card. My question is that when I hook up the drd203rw it stays stuck on searching for signal. I currenty have 4 drd430rg receivers that work great. I checked the voltage from the sat. in and it reads about 13.3 volts dc. I checked the signal strength with the 430's and it is around 93. Any help would be great.

i think that box you have is dead. if you tested other boxes on the same feed and they work that can only mean that the box is dead.
