More than one set of Locals?

I was just wondering if its possable to program more than one set of locals onto your card. I was looking at what channels the different markets come in on and i see that the Detroit and Cleveland locals come in on different channels. I have modded receivers also, so is it possable to do it right in the receiver?

When you write your 3M to your card chg your guide and locals to the following. Under guide bytes chg it to FF and under local bytes chg it to 88. If using activation ck the eng mode and it will do it for you. This will unlock your rec to accept all locals. If the locals are in your area spot beam then you will pick them up.

Whathe just said is for a 4th or lower generation, for a 5th or higher, only one set, in the channel 2-99 range is possible.
