PLs help with ZKT IRD.

hi,
This week I mod to my IRD to “No Zkt Mod”. I followed the instructions that are on DssMili web site. I got it to work.
But now I have a different problem, I'm not getting 744 or 745, but I'm getting 711 all the time.

I tried few diffract Cam IDs and different Act scripts and it seems that I can only get it to work for 2 hrs max and then all gone to 711.

Any suggestion what should I do to fix it.

got this from somewhere.
Unloop and write bin then act.hex (check NO boxes) then chose your locals from the getlocals9g.zip and write them.
Report back.......

The Act worked for 1 min and then the screen went black.
so it look like this Hex file is not working

did you unloop the card first and apply the enclosed bin?? then write the act.hex then write (your locals).hex.........and NOTHING else??

Reboot IRD first before inserting card.........

I tried it one more time and it didn't work.
I just got a black screen.

maybe I'm programming it wrong.
this is what I did:
open Extreme HU
Card; clone ; bin to card
then
card ; write ; hex file
then
I picked 9_01act.hex
and then I picked 2D-Buffalo.HEX

and all I'm getting is just a black screen.
and I rebooted the IRD b4 I started.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong

unloop card and write the bin when it prompts for a bin, then write the hexes..........
