newbie need help with jeeper dish programing

is there anyone that can help me , i'am switching from bev to dish. i have the atmega128 card and have download jeepersdx210_dish, i'am running window xp and when i unzip and open jeeper exe. file , it's said that ( error locating program configuration files, limited functionally) and once open the jeeper program has all the box area gray out and can not access anything. is it because i'm running window xp???? or is it something else???????? please help!!!!!!!

do you have any file in the same folder as your jeepers? that error means jeepers isnt finding a pfg file to load. extract the jeepers and pfg file into their own folder and open them.

kool got jeeper to work with the mikenet-416-05 pfg file, but got only one channel which is channel 103 and the rest is blank' and the channel listing are all scamble like ^6+7a723^65$*8*& , i have left the recivere off for 24hr to downlaod, and still noting. PLEASE HELP
