I think you are saying that you are getting 119 on both dishes.
If you are tune one of them in for 119 then move the other one just a little like 1 degree right and 1 degree down to get 110.

If you have it pointed at 119 and are getting signal 110 is real close.
You will not have to move it more than a half inch to get 110

depends on your zip code where 110 is.
mid-america ie. michigan area =
110 is five degrees up and 9 degrees right

puerto rico !!
I am surised you are getting anything unless you have big dishes.
Still within a half inch. You are closer to the sats, they are over the Equator, Michigan is up by the North Pole with the Canidians and Eskimos

119 = Azumith angle = 268 degrees & elevation = 27 degrees
110 = Azumith angle = 264 degrees & elevation = 36 degrees
good luck

Five foot dishes will need to be moved more than 18" dishes at the rim you are looking at 5 or 6 inches to move that 18" circle 1/2 inch

so i have to point the 110 higher

Looking at the dishes from the back
The 110 sat is to the right of the 119 sat
It is also higher

north is 0 degrees, south is 180, west is 270,
110 is higher than 119 (36 degrees is higher up than 27)
that's my guess....

119 is always easy to find.
You are probly moving the dish too far,
get 119 on it and just move it a little and slowly
if you are using a IRD to find them the IRD is slow responding to a signal. so you can move it past the signal real easy.

dont matter if i a in puerto rico just aim it to 119 and move slowly to right or left

or if 110 is to the right of 119 maybe i turn it to the right, right ??

make sure your mounting is level......110 is left of 119.....if your mount is level you should be able to put the dish on EXACTLY the angles your zip code calls for and tune it right in unless you have interference from something such as trees. BTW a 10 dollar signal meter from RAT Shack would help you tremendously.

oh and snug the bolts that tighten the dish onto the mount.........make sure they are still loose enough to turn your dish........but this will help also.........good lluck

Unless something is wrong with your IRD it is a sat finder, it's just a little slower than a Rat Shack one.
You can get a good one from prosattellite supply.com or at their E-Bay store, they ship fast too.

make sure your mounting is level......110 is left of 119....
The 110 sat is to the right of the 119 sat
left or right ??? if i of course stand behind the dish to align where is the 110 sat to the left or to the right of the dish point to the 119 ???

Do a switch check and make sure you have both odds and evens. Than fine tune the dish. Now you no where the sat's are play around and move the dish alittle this way and a little that way. A little up and alittle down until you find the best signal. Some times it is just that simple. If that does not work recheck all your connections.

I'd say the LNB is bad. Switch them and than do a switch check.
