Why Gay Porn Is Not Allowed.....

Gay porn, in the since that the word [porn] is used to describe the act of unnatural sex between same sex relationships is against the law. Sodomy laws prevail in most all states in the U.S., and it is considered to be pornographic even between heterosexual relationships. Although many thousands of individuals practice this act anyway, they are at risk for prosecution if caught in the act of sodomy.

Here is some background information that may help the readers here understand why Gay Porn is banned from this site based on legal problems, from around the world.

These laws or proposed laws could apply to this site, which could contribute to it's shutdown in time.

Sodomy laws are any of the many laws which criminalize non-reproductive, non-commercial, consensual sex between adults in private.

(b) This section shall not apply if the act occurs between consenting adults in privacy and is not for hire."

Section 2. This act is effective when it becomes law.

The objection is to Sodomy in any form, homosexual or heterosexual relationships. The Bush administration's anti-obscenity campaign, strongly supported by social conservatives oppose these types of immoral behavior, regardless of what the [immoral minority] would have you to believe. Anybody trafficking in obscenity does so at their own risk, including cable and satellite operators and pay per view events that are offered, according to the Justice Department's new Attorney General Alberto Gonzales.

The process to strike down Gay and Lesbian same sex marriages is underway and is gaining national acceptance by the [moral majority]. Sodomy is practiced by Gay men, which is repulsive and corrupts the morals of our youth by allowing same sex relationships in an open form, such as Gay marriage. A woman vagina is constructed to hold a man's penis. The construction of the anus is to eliminate waste products from the body, regardless of the sex of the individual.

Hillary Clinton attacked the entertainment industry for the exposure of children to sex and violence on television and is a strong advicate of this movement by the Justice Department. Sodomy by it's nature is a violent attack on the human body, such as experenced by rape victums.
