Did you try looking up the part number at Digikey or Mouser?

M37138. It is a surface mount voltage regulator. Doesn't have a cross to a NTE replacement. Looks possibly like a odd one, I read 0VDC pin 1: 2.4VDC pin 2: 3.2VDC pin 3

Thanx BirdieMod.............with that info I can at least find something that will be very close and if it works great............if not..........hey, it was a door stop for a few months now anyway. I'd like to try, it belongs to a friend with a house full of kids and no dough, sent it out to be VidModded and that's the way it came back.............

I have a junk -013 board you can have if you want to try and remove and replace that with.
Hovever, that appears to be the power supply for the CPU, prolly got hit with 12v or more from the failed vid mod, prolly got the CPU with it.
If you want it, I have a working 1500 with boxkeys, I will gladly donate to a worth cause.

I agree with Skinerd, I have never seen that part blown before and am thinking something else was shorted to cook it. A new part may just cook again. I have about 30 extra receivers in my way here also, 2700,2800,3900. If you don't need Dp pro for your dish you can have one of these also if you want.
