switching from bell to dish

first of all i have a bell 3100 reciever do i just erase the sa5 address to download the dish software and second i only have a single dish so what sat do i point at to recieve the most channels and does anyone have a good dish program with good blocker for a rom 3 thanks in advance for any help at all
