6000 light problem.

I recently bought a 6000 receiver. When I got it home I jtag'ed it and did an erase of sa30. I then hooked it up to my incoming bell feed to finish the conversion. When I plugged it in all that comes on is the blue light for hd signal. What is going on? Isthis normal? Thanks in advance.

im sure i had to put virgin eeprom on it also for converting.
