No, if 7FFFFFAC is 0000, no mod is needed.
Erase flash 1, it won't completely erase but that's ok, then erase SA52, 54, 60 and 61 in flash 2, stream it to a dish sat, without a card in.
Or erase flash 1 and 2, they won't completely erase, but again that's ok, then write flash 2 with a P223 dishnet flash "moved ird info". It will error out at about 99%, but that's ok too.

Yes, it needs to marry, p080 should do it.

The original flash writes 100% cause it is not attempting to modify the locked sector, so it appears to write 100%, actually it isn't writing in locked sector.
You will need to unlock the locked sector to write a change to it.
As long as 7FFFFFAC is 0000, there is no need to write to the locked sector, receiver number and boxkeys are stored outside of that sector. Just let it error at 99% and it should still work fine.

Ok, What I do is dump flash 1 and flash2, using Hex WorkShop, I changed the ird and boxkey in flash2 save the file, ground the pin1 of jtag, jump (with a switch) VR10 and R146 pin, erase the both flash three time each, program the flash 2, first Error msg appear "The flash is not completly blank do you want to continue?" I click yes, And the other error appear at 99%, when I rebbot the IRD, open JKEYS and nothing change in IRD and BOXKEY area :(, what im doing wrong !!??

ground pin 1, in a 5900????? won't do any good and might be harmful. Find and jump OJ1 connections. Maybe that is what you mean by VR10 and R146, not sure, OJ1 is inside a white rectanglular box, the OJ1 marking points to it.
Are you sure you are writing the modified flash to flash 2?
