This is on a mesage board for a pay site I belong to. Anyone know what they are talking about?

This new solution will require High Speed (Broadband) Internet connection. It will require new IRD (receiver) that you plug RJ45 Internet Cable and then connect it to your tv. Basicaly we are going from Satellite to Internet. Our beta testers already testing this new service and should send their feedbacks early this week. Thanks.

Quality was low though, for a sales sample it leaves a lot to be desired even in small screen size.
