Bell 3100-010 conversion

Looked around for the pads to ground out for a jyf
I found three reference to different pads
I'm confused about which it is
Pad r293, pad r 283 or sb29 and 40
Can someone please clarify,
I'm switching over a receiver for a buddy, it has no jtag and I'm not investing in a topside jtag with the limited testing days left

You can build a topside simple jtag for less than $5,,,,,,,that's a problem??

Just couldn't be bothered if I can jyf and get dish update
It's just easier and faster
