Dumb question but does anybody know why and how to fix this problem. The problem I am having is theres different places in this and other sites that have pictures or ads and all I see is a box similar to this [X]

Sometimes.....that's a good thing!

Actually it's a broken image place holder. For some reason, the image (picture, avatar, etc.) is not available on the host drive or displayable in your browser. It's not USUALLY your fault.
