It does not work that way with dish like it did with DTV.
CamID does not give you anything, you have to program the card itself to get the channels.

Yah SJ, but he still needs a valid camid to program the card and have it work. He's double posting(see Private Blocker forum), I told him in another thread that he needs a valid camid plus good tiers I believe. I told him that he could use scammer or use a friends camid for that part of the process.
So now he wants to know how to get his friends camid without reading the card, you wanta tell him? lol

I assume(foolish me) that since you posted in the Private Blocker section before and said that you had followed the directions I gave someone else that you are subscribed to Mili's Private Blocker ?

The only way I know to get his friends cam id is to read his card.
Really won't help much they are almost all good, I recommend the default cam ID from Magic all the time, always works.

Dish Cam ID:
S0006645614-XX

ExpressVu Cam ID:
S0450565467-XX

Well, if he asks his friend to push the system info button on the remote the camid is there too.

But that only gives you the first 11 numbers, leaves you hanging for the last 2.

Scammer will give you the whole 13

the Magic default is complete AND good.

Is that what it shows on a valid subbed system cause on mine that I programmed (I just checked), it shows all 13.

That's what it shows on my Magic, just the first 11 the -xx is missing, I don't have a dish sub right now.

I am subscriber to Mili's Private Blocker
I was thinking that with a Sub CAMID it is going to be better to program the card
That is why I was asking how to get one and if I get one what to do with it.
And I am using Room 10 Plastic
Is it Ok if I tell the guy who is subscriber to read the card he has from DISH-
Can he damage it if he read it.

Deleted ........I got Cam ID mixed up with receiver number......my bad.....sorry.
