Need some help with BEV SAT

Hi everyone...I am very familiar with Dish but I have a question concerning BEV...I have a 2700 reciever which I will use to test BEV...it has DISH firmware on it but I know how to convert it to BEV...I want to conect it to my Dish which is presently setup to catch the 61.5 bird....How can I find where the BEV Satelites are with this Dish?

Someone told me to put the reciever on 119 with transponder 11 and rotate the Dish horizontaly...no need to move it vertically.... until I get the signal...I tried this but I could not find any signal...works fine when I had it on 61.5 (Dish)....any help would be appreciated...thanks..:)

i don't know about 61.5 but i thought bev was slightly lower than 119........

So Do I try and find the 119 and then lower it to find the BEV Sats?

Bev is on 91

So how do I find the 91 bird or the other BEV international bird using my Dish 500 which is pointed to 61.5?

Move it and you will get a Wrong sat message. re stream for Bell and should be good if it is the right sat.

Make sure you have all your back ups in case it is not so that you can recover if need be.
