Canadian Subscription & Hardware

I have read and found companies who will "subscribe" a user from Canada to Directv or dish for a fee, but was wondering something else.
What about the equipment?
All my receivers have old cards.
Are there companies that will ship these "free" 4 bedroom systems to Canada?
As far as I can tell these brokers are very expensive if you need new cards for receivers.
Anyone have any input?

I was also going to do this, a bit risky. What if you have video problems, what are you going to do. You cannot call dishnet directly. I only found one broker in BC.

I know 2 people doing this. You need the new card, if you dont have one they well sell you one for $100 canadian. It cost $50 a month and you get everything but the PVP channels. Thats the going rate in southeren ontario.
