Scrambled Numbers

I don't know if there is a fix for this. Yesterday the Ird number and
Box Key wrer changed by the stream and the wrong card for this receiver
error message came up. I reprogrammed the card and it worked for a little while before it was hit again. Finally on the third go around the problem disappeared.
Can anything be done?

I have never heard of the stream changing IRD or Box Key numbers, erasing part of the TSOP yes, changing numbers, no.

Wrong card for this receiver is the new message you get when your public keys don't roll with magic.

That is not possible. In order to do that, Charley would have to be able to select or pin point the IRD in question, such as in the physical location. Things like this would only be possible if the scheme were setup in a full duplex, snd/rec situation, such as an ip network works. However it maybe possible if a phone line is connected to the IRD.
