3500 with atmega128 reboots when i press guide

Hi All

Just got an HTS 3500 converted from BEV to DN.. (I guess its a model 3000 now..)

Got the atmega card programmed, etc. and everything seems to work just fine, however when i press Guide, the right arrowon the remote to bring up channel listings, or channel up/down the receiver reboots itself and goes back to the acquiring satellite signal, and then back to chan 103 after it finds the signal.

I am able to manually enter the channels, and watch for hours without incident

Anyone have any suggestions?

Well your card is probably OK so it must be a problem in the flash.

Is yours at 8.36P, that could be the problem.
Otherwise it could be corrupt, look for a clean one.

yes its at 8.36P

was just flashed/streamed today.. hopefully i dont have to take it back to the guy to redo :( haha

I am getting the 005 nag, but i would assume those are 2 different problems.. I also doubt it will help , but my MC2 should be here tomorrow so Ill try using it first and see if the problem persists.

Update - Problem solved

left receiver unplugged overnight, powered it up, and reset to factory defaults, and it worked OK
