EchoStar 3000 help

I have the box keys for this reciever ( echostar 3000) but you can not jtag this reciever. It was hit with the ECM and reads 000000001. Is there a possible way to Fix this.. a junk yard fix maybe ?

JYF won't work for Dish. The TSOP has to be reprogrammed to fix the ECM. If you PM me, I can suggest options.
