Unable to lock in110?

I am having a dickens of a time trying to get the 110 bird! Currently I have 119 zeroed in at signal strength of 85 but have yet to see any activity on 110, what am I doing wrong?

Equipment is a Dish 500 with the switch built into the IRD, it has the markings on it. When I do a checkswitch it says, "Warning - only one satellte connected"

Here is how I set it up, I set the Skew to 121 on the ground; leveled the mast vertically and horizontaly; set the elevation angle; then zeroed in on the Azimuth until getting the peak signal for 119;

I could use some help.

Hit the "factory reset" button....then try again ..

After a factory reset I'm still only seeing the 119 bird.

Do I do a check switch first or try to acquire the satellite first?

Will the 110 bird show up with the same trasponder? or does it need to be changed?

Found it!!!

The dish markings are off by 5 degrees on the elevation. So it when it said 36 degrees I was using 31 degrees, I pushed it up to 41 degrees checked the switch and I'm in business!!!!
