have you tries turning the main switch on the back off wait 10 seconds then turn it on.(rebooting)

thanks, I did this procedure a few times, even removing it from electric outlet as well, I think whem autorol of key is executing it may bring other negative information in the unit, by scrabmeling tp switches from seing birds

I'm having the same problem. I've just flashed my box so that I can have the auto roll, now I'm gettin the "no signal" message also. I even went the extra mile and remove the Disqc switch and connect the receiver cable stright to the Dish, STILL no signal. If there's a solution on fixing this problem, please let us know, your imput is appreciated.

I keep having that problem once in awhile, but the only thing that I double check is the DiSeqC switch settings in the receiver, play with them!
