Planning on switching from BEV to Dish - which sat - 110 or 119?

I've just got a regular sized dish (sorry, not sure what size it is - 18 inch maybe?) and I'm planning on repointing it this weekend to switch over to Dish. Just wondering if anyone can recommend which sat I should point it to - 110 or 119? Where could I find a channel listing of what's on each sat?

Go for the 119. If you don't have the Dual lnb than that's the bird you want. If you do have the dual lnb, then hit 119 first, then adjust skew to get 110.
