Stuck on Fortec star Lifetime Ultra

OK, I bought a Fortec Lifetime Ultra for my parents who wanted some european channels.
I,m on AMC4 But the level is at around 53%, and the Qualitiy is at 0%.

I did a power scan and got a couple of channels with only audio and no video,and a couple with audio and video.

The LNBF i'm using is a Ku 11.7-12.2GHz.
input 11.7-12.2 GHz
output 950-1450MHZ
gain 53 to 65 DB
low frequency 10.75GHz

Now what and I doing wrong??

Do I need to update the software??( I just received it today June2)
Do I need a different LNBF??

Do I need something else??

You are lucky that you get that bird! Your dish, what size are you using? Because the minimun size should be 33 inches.

I'am using a 60CM dish.

Just wondering why your saying that i'm luck that i'm even get the bird??

I don't know if this is problem either, but my dish is not perfectly straight up and down. I've done that with my D**h set up and there dosen't seen to be a problem??

The dish size could be the problem! AMC4 transmits in Ku and C bands, thats why I asked the dish size because is critical to get the bird.

I wonder if I can use another lnb to put next to 97 dish to get 101 signal anyone know ?
