Error Program Mode?

Not a very good volt meter, try a new battery.
Try using 2.2.11

will these cards work with the new software from the magician ?? I tring to figute out how this could screw up the cards !

There is no new software from magician.
I had you program the card with it to see if the CARD was still good or if it was FRIED.

If it programmed it will not work just give you all red channels.
But it will mean the card is still good.

Try DishMagic again now. it will give you black screen until it catches up, I got the guide too, just did one took 5 minutes then came on OK.

I actually ment when this guy if he is even the magician comes back ! from were ever he is witch I think is really BEEPED up !! because how can a guy that has an opertation this big just simply for get that his software expires june 1st at midnight! dont make sense! to me! but anyway my card doesnt work on 2.2.11 witch I dont see how it could work when we had to delete the chip with all the magic info on it to try to program the cards with this suppose hack witch ! is to my buddy a 30% that it will work because he has followed the instruction to the letter like had three cards put the first one in worked! second one and third one not workin ! its not saying that like what you said in the official magic announcments that if your card is screwd it shows error programming flash 0xxxx it just says error detecting magic card and error switching to programm mode! So it comes down to the question will this cards work if the magician comes out with something new ! with he be able to put something in these cards so the chip in it understands it??

If you do not fry the card with dishmagic it will still work with a new program if he ever writes one.

well i dont know if its fried or not but I know I tried to program it on the old 2.2.11 and it didnt work so who knows! It was workin be fore I erased the chip on this other software

Sometimes it helps, sometimes it dosen't.
Can't hurt to try, look in the files section.

well switch to atmega !! these ones are for close friends maybe magician can make the work when ever he comes back but everythings comin to end soon anyways but if you want to finish it out spend the 35 bucks and get atemaga no problems like this stuff there trust me!

Yes, look at the post I made in the oficial threads with the parts #'s and wiring diagram.
A little fine soldering and you can replace the bad chip.
I got the diagram from someone who built a working M1 for $ 10

It is no secret, people have made them before, that's where I got the diagram and parts list from, someone who made a card in back in November.

No that's all he posted with a note that it worked. In most cases it is just a matter of geting a replacement chip and putting it in your card if it's fried.

SJ, you say it is available everywhere, yet when I search google all the places listed are foreign or you have to register and place bid.
