Dish Selection

Have an old Star Ch**ce dish with dual LNB, Can I use this as my second dish when converting from Bev to Dish? I realise that I will still need a SW 21 switch to get all channels.

if it is a round dish it will work just fine but you will need to change the lnb as that will not work.with some of their dishes you need to use the plastic bracket to hold the lnb rather than putting it in the arm.you build up the neck of the lnb with electrical tape to make it fit. I use 3 foot SC dishes for my signals and never get rain fade.

Thanks for the reply, it is the oval shape type I guess its destined for the garbage.

I've had no success with their oval dishes.Tried cutting some off the arm but still no go.
