EPG for Lifetime Ultra

HELP !!!!
How do I get the EPG to work with this receiver ?
What software do I need and how do I load it on ?
Do I delete the present file(Al7bar-2.69 Boot ver :6.0)?
If so how ?

Load as usual the file 2.74! from al7bar. Looks like you never load anything, so you need the uploader V3.31 from Fortec; No load it on top of that 2.69 whitout touching the Boot file.
