I seem to be having troubles with Fortec Ultra here as well. Have tried to do the keys manually, with no luck. Anyone else having the same troubles?

Todays key change was strange for me as my plastic usually auto rolls fine. Have two cards a rom 3 on a 2800 and a rom 10 on a 501. GCSB usually allows key changes with no problem, guess I'll have to do a manual update today. Just weird.

Thanks for th update, but how to change he key for coolsat, there's no screen for inputting the key mannually-can somebody adv how to activate the coolsat again. Much appreciated!!

I have a pansat 2500. Is there a way to manually enter in the new keys? I guess the auto roll didn't work this time.
