I found a program that will let you convert a h card into a rom3 rev 382 I just need a new programer for roms the last time I used my dtv programer was on a rom10 still going but I can't get the programer to go past find password it has no xtal it is built around two ic and a diode with a transistor and caps. I have t911 old one a drx unlooper works great never fails built from a kit and a wildthing
don't use this stuff too much since I run two fta mc with fortec5900 I use one to test and the other for movies starting to move into cband with vc2 boxes. Hope to get a 922 and 2100 cage to test till other things surface. dtv suber

I believe the concept of using an H card for a DISH card died with the CMD02.

Don't quote me on that because I don't do DISH so, it may be another CMD but, as I recall this was not possible any longer because of some change DISH made quite some time ago.

that may not be the case with the fortec5900 this ird can't be zapped or killed it will run with any rom card or mc.

Like I said, I'm not real sure about it. I just remember reading something that said the H card didn't have the processing power to emulate the DISH CAMs after the CMD02 was added.

I'm sure someone else will chime in and set us straight.
