error 005 lag

i'm getting 005 error lag on both of my rom 3, 2800 & 301-010 since yesterday? 'smartcard does not currently have the authorization to view or purchase this program, plesae wait or channel up or down'. is it due to the keys change? the keys change posted at top of the sticky is the public keys, not the decrypt keys 0? if they are the public keys, why don't my plastics rom3 autoroll this time?

i thought i am not a newbie anymore. but i guess i thought wrong.
