remove blocker existing bin

is it possible to just remove the blocker from an existing bin file? if is, where is it located and how do you remove it?
also, is the public blocker gets updated, is there a way to put the updated blocker into an existing bin file?(using a patch file? would it overwrite the old blocker, or just loop the card?)
i hope these questions make sense.

Hey Hillbilly just write this over your blocker, works on rom10 and maybee 11 don't take no credit for this, also spoof the card to A24 don't put in key's let it autoroll worked for me. I will also leave spof revA24 instructions, I hope this help's.

thanks. so this will replace the existing blocker on an existing bin file with no problems, or is this meant for a newly created bin with no current blocker in place?
what i am trying to do is replace the blocker that is on my bin file now. if i cut and paste this one, and save the file before writing the card, will it overwrite the old blocker i have now?
do you have one of these for rom 3?

I just put it over my Checksum Dish Rom10 Blocker v2.51, I think it can go over any blocker? Just checkto see if you lockthe card after write, and you test and run patch with no errors.
