cant add tiers? no channels

Hi im a newbie, so please bear with me..ok.. i'm not able to get any channels i am adding to the tierlist.. maybe i'm doing something blatently wrong? heres what i do:

1) I run minirtm35 & add all the tiers: add my boxkey, ird #, camid # and the current keys.. & creat the .ne3 file..

2)open up nagraedit: open the prv .bin3 file i have..
a) open the patch
b) test patch
c) run patch & it patches it to the bn3, right?
3) save the bn3 & open the backdoor
4) write to card..

this seems to do nothing, no matter what tiers i choose.. I'm able to get the 8xxx channels.. but thats it..

any help would be appreciated..

Sounds like your Nagra 2 encription is now up and running. I believe the N1 stuff is almost all off line Thus you will probably not get the channels even if you get your system working.

Check to see how old your file image is that probably has a lot to do with it
