Searching for sat signal

I am using a Dish network dish with Dual feed.. Is there any way to get rid of the constant search for sat signal.. I have it set up on the reciever as a round dish Reciever DRD420RE. Works fine but for the agrivation when changeing channels..

Sorry 4x4 but this is concerning a DTV reciever,he's only using a dish sat to get his feed....
