Maybe I have a bad LNB?

Have you changed the IRD options to the new LNB configuration?

Using your receiver, input your zip code and note the tilt, compass settings. Next, set the tilt and lock it down. Very rarely will the tilt be different then what your receiver tells you. Next set your vertical setting and semi-tighten, now adjust your side to side until you get something. Next, tweek your vertical setting. You probably are having trouble because you aren't locking down your tilt setting initallly.

also, make absolutely sure your dish mast is level and plumb before you even start with the dish itself. Good Luck!

you must have the mast level thats the key it took me 2 damn days to set mine to get all 3 sats so it can be done if you get 110 then moving the dish left or right should get you up to snuff they are close to gether but leveling the mast is the key Thanks ironbird
I really have done all that. I adjusted the tilt first and locked it down then found the 110 satellite and locked in the highest reading I could. I figured the other satellites would fall right in. But no signal on either one at all. Is there a setting on this box that I might be missing, Hughes E86

Thanks
Rob
