Thanks Sj, I told you I was blind as a bat! I corrected it while you were posting. I am sure that the Mexicans may come up with the N2 glitch first. Ever been to Mexico? It's really sad! That would really boost there economy! There is more Dish IRD's South of the border than there is in the states! Also quite a few electronic assembly plants their too.

Yes when I lived in Arizona I went there a lot for years, had my boat and a lot of friends there.
I don't think the level of skill is there, and what there is is concentrated in a few hands and any money like all that drug money down there will go to the same people not the masses that could put it to good use.

There are a lot of assembly plants there but it is all rote work learned by memory and the workers usually don't have any idea what they are working on unless it is a car or a suitcase. They don't have TV's as a rule, many do not even have electricity. (unless they live in a city)
