Well there are a couple of good ones out there.. do a search for it and you will find it. BTW What kind of testing method are you planning to use? just curious.

Time is limited now, the switch to Nagra 2( no crack yet) is under way and we only have a month to 5 or 6 months of slowly losing channels. So unless you already have an ISO programmer and a j-tag and preferably a modded unlooper the cost of getting them may be an unwise investment ?
Anyway, go to www.bellexpress.vu and read all the info pertinent to j-tagging and rom programming, it's all there in the how-to menu on the left.

thanks for the reply. i have done some testing in the past - just need to jog the memory. i do have a card reader and jtag reader. the jtag reader may also be a writer - i dont remember but never used it. i have a virgin rom 3 card, married to a model 3700 receiver. i basically just need to varify some things - 1) i can plug the receiver in and get the box keys. since the card came with the receiver - i dont need the jtag reader right? 2) use NagEdit 4.1 to read/write the card - now it gets hazy. what program do i use to write card? then, what is best blocker?

I sugest getting milis blocker comes with instructions and and pre made tier file. It will have you up and running in no time. Only $25 now. Just make sure you don't put your card in the stream with out a blocker and lock it!
