TCFD warning....plz help

can someone tell me why i keep getting this warning everytime i do a test patch with my rom 3. I get this after setting up the tiers with TCFD. if more info is needed, lmk....thnx!

Try putting a zero in front of the B

Make sure you're loading a bev bin on a bev imaged card or dish bin on a dish imaged card.

I tried the zreo in front of the B and it did not work. I am putting a dish bin on a dish card. any other ideas why i keep getting this warning with tcfd?

that error is usually caused by trying to program a BEV card with a dish image...but you say that is not the case, so I am out of ideas...sorry.....try to do a good full clean and apply a clean image to card...
