Is there a way to program my card so I don't have to manually keep changing the current keys?, Im having to reprogram the card every other day sometimes. I have a 7200-pvr/rom-10-rev23-blocker-unmarked/dish/no-ppv.

Well, Mili's blocker has been going strong for almost a year and a half. Updates the keys and everything. With his PPV patch and Blocker, you should be set until the end of N1.

its in the fils section under disnet rom files - #83 currently - just make sure you run the update untill it says no updates are available

I found it just before you posted a reply. My question is will it work for the 7200, this pvr has to have the special 7200 tier that i usually create in rtm.

its in the fils section under disnet rom files - #83 currently - just make sure you run the update untill it says no updates are available

you may have to add it by hand - not familiar with that pvr.... - if you do add it just add it into the script it creats in with all the tiers - the patch comes out well doco'ed - it isnt' too bad... i use to add ppv by hand that way untill they put the updates into it - now its super easy....

71/7200 tiers can always just be clipped and pasted from the tier database (Update) and added as a additional patch to any card script for those that need them. The 9 day guide and 71/7200 pvr tiers are the only extra ones needed.

Using "TCFD II", can I just exclude the blocker and use my own??
But if I did, It probably won't auto-update the keys right?

Hi!,

I know this may sound stupid... but Iīm new.... so my card is not a magic card, I actually program with "jeepers"... well.. over the past month, itīs been dropped quite a few channels, ppvīs and itīs now telling me that a "new card needs to be installed by (different dates.. depending on which channel)... to continue viewing channel.... do any of you get this? what do I need to fix this?

thanks!

Well, I used TCFD to create the tiers and everything works so far, I updated and used the current keys(7-13) for creating the tiers. The 9-day guide listing is there as well. I excluded the blocker so I can use my own, Im not using ppv's anyway. Hopefully the keys will auto-update.

but did the same thing happen to you with an atmega? did it start dropping channels and started asking you to enter a new card by a (x) date??

I guess i have to use the blocker from TCFD II, cause I programed the card last night and this afternoon, it looks like the keys have to be reapplied to the card like before.
I used my own blocker, so will I have to apply the one that comes with TCFD in order for it to auto-update the keys???
I did use the tiers for the 13th.

it has the special tiers =-)
