rom 3 all channels gone

just came back from vacation and saw that only info channel is there. I am using 2700 system with rom3 on 110 side. untill last month ppv were there. is everything is gone for me?

Not if you are programming it right. What were you using to create tiers and blocker ? What does your guide show ? As Robo says key changes have occured and if you are not using Mili's blocker then you will most likely have to update in whatever program you use, the latest keys are in Smiling Jacks posts.

it shows the names of the channels and what is on i.e. names of the movies. when selecting different channels it says

1. do you want to purchase or
2. your smart card currently have authorization or
3. you need to get a new card

1) I assume this is ppv channels, you need to update your ppv strings, in the Glitching forum JT has posted up to date wide open and limited tiers.

2) This is normal after the IRD has been shut off/card removed. Enter the current keys in your tiers program and/or let it sit long enough to roll the keys if you have an autoroll blocker like Mili's.

3) Those channels have moved to Nagra 2 and are gone unless you have a legal subscription.

Are you using Mili's Blocker ? I recommend it but if you are experienced then use TCFD2 with the blocker included. Supposedly this has the autoroll feature built in I think.
Easiest method: Mili's Blocker, JT's tiers.

Don't forget that if you are not using Mili's private Blocker pkg. then you still need to add a blocker of some kind.
Also note: "Two different versions of ppv strings are in these files. One is wide open and won't need to be updated, but may get ECM, the other is limited to just the current ppv id's and won't be targeted for out of range ppv id's."
I have been using the wide open since posted by JT, no probs so far.
Further note: "Those tier lists can be used with any blocker. Doesn't have to be used with Mili's base.bins. The ONLY public blocker that is working at present is GCSB. TCFD has the GCSB blocker incorporated into their tier writing program. GCSB will not roll the keys if Charlie changes up his key update routines again, but of course, Mili's PB will roll no sweat. GCSB could become a target for hard looping because the script is public and it's the only one left. Mili's PB is virtually untouchable."

Simba, I tried ppv string from the above source but it did not work with my Rom3 and gave error when I tried to patch it.
