dish question

A friend of mine has one of those older big 10 foot dishes in his back yard. Can he hookup a fta receiver to that dish and get it working and if so does anything have to be done differently .

Yes that dish is C band and you will be able to get Free To Air ch.

Load Free To Air ch list and make a copy of the bud sheet to find what sats are C Band.
