unlock a rom 10?

Is there a way to unlock a rom10 at A23 and is there a read me?

you need to use a modded loader. Look in the rom section at the sticky's

You can try this if you want, I have not so don't know if it works, doesn't work, harms card etc. Comes from a good source but that's all I know, use your ISO for this one.
Runs in WinEx 5.0, set parameters to Echostar and run. Do you have a modded loader?

i dont think i have a modded loader just a t911 .
What exactly is a modded loader? I have a few loaders and unloopers from the hu days.
